sorry im kinda new at this and i dont know which to use. i have been searching for the longest time and still dont know what to use. can anyone tell me? it really appreciate it.

I prefer to rip with dvdfab (I use the platinum paid version), dvdfab HD decrypter is the free version. Others use anydvd. Can't go wrong with either one, as long as they are kept updated.

If you want free then it's dvdshrink or dvd decryptor,however with newer movies you'll need either anydvd or dvdfab to rid yourself of the newer copy protection

so like if i get anydvd or dvdfab, then i would be able to save dvd's onto my computer right? which one would u recommend? which is better, as in faster or which does a better job?

download both as they have a trial period,i own both tho i prefer dvdfab as it's similar to shrink & pretty much is why i use it,you'll have to decide which is best for you,that said i still use shrink after a rip as i like hands on,you can also use dvd decryptor to backup PS2 games or just use imgburn

1st link is to imgburn free for personal use
as is shrink & dvd decrypter 2nd link & a small tut for both

I typically use DvdFab Platinum as well.

If you want the freeware route:

Rip with DvdFab Hd Decrypter

Transcode with Dvd Shrink

Burn with Imgburn. All freeware.

Check the links in my sig for all the links and guides, and the best options available.
