Codebreaker 9.2 not booting games?

Whenever I try to play a game with codebreaker, action replay max, or my gameshark v2, the games do not boot up. On codebreaker, it says game did not load. Gameshark freezes. Action replay acts like it's going to start, then goes to the playstation browser and skips to the red disc error screen. I have a fat ps2 modded with Chip mod +.
Any help would be appreciated.

oops, chip mod pro + 2

either way, still not working, tryed messing with settings, and accidentally turned on stealth mode, or turned it off or something, because it's not reading backups now.
