NDSTT BIG PROBLEM

I bought a NDSTT, but I don't figure out how it works. I know I have to download a program (don't remember the name on that) I have a version named 1.12, but when I transfer the files to the Sandisk Micro Card and I stick that one into the Nintendo DS, all I get is black and purple/white stripes and a little loading logo in the bottom corner. WHAT am i doing wrong? Can somebody please help me?
