I've successfully installed windows xp pro sp2 on my computer, I want to change my username from administrator to something else. I've gone into the user accounts menu's and searched around but theres no option to change my username, does anyone know why this is?
I tried to do that too but i don't think you can. the only time you get to change it is when it asked you when you first installed the os. from all i kno it can't be done but i may be wrong.
start/control panel/user accounts/change an account/and select which user account you want to change/ from there you can change name, password, picture etc.
