How would I go about removing Ubuntu from slave drive and restoring the computer's MBR to single boot? (Normal)

Look for the boot/grub/menu.lst file and remove any mention of ubuntu. All that should be left is the M$ entries.. if they are there and that is what you want to return to.

Then just delete it all.

Afterwards if you want you can use the M$ disk and run fixboot or fixmbr to restore it to using the M$ bootloader instead of grub.

I see I didn't make clear my post, sorry.
The Master disk is 143. GB that has Windows XP Media Center.
The Slave Disk is 40 GB with Ubuntu.
It dual boots fine, but what I would like to do is remove the slave disk/ubuntu and return the MBR of the Master disk.
BTW, I can not boot the Windows CD from cd/dvd. But I can Boot Ubuntu.

Told you how to do it.. edit the boot/grub/menu.lst file to remove ubuntu from the boot options.
Then boot the xp disk like you are going to install and run the repair option.

Not a linux problem.. please move to windows help ;)
