This is my first time of posting. Thanks for all the help as I have solved many problems using all your help by just searching and reading. I can not get a full screen sized picture on a new cowon D2 when converting an avi film through jetAudio it comes out as a small thumbnail. I have upgraded the firmware to V4.58. In jetaudio I have selected convert options and tried all possibilities but still get either a thumb nail or letter box. Help Please I have tried for 3 days.
