I have an LG797 which has been returned 3x. I can dub from VHS to new initialized DVD for say 2 hours (movie). Then when I try to edit for title etc it tells me 'Disk not recognised try another disk'!!!! The disk in question initialized with the DVD originally set at SP speed. Later I changed the settings it to EP but used the disk initialised at SP. LG tell me this is not why I am getting the message of disk unrecognised, but I'm not convinced. Anyone feel my thoughts might be right?
