Required programs for God of War 2

I have an original copy God of War 2, but sadly they game got too scratched up and therefore, my PS2 will not read the game properly.

Which is why I made a back up of the games files using DVD decrypter (mode/.ISO/read)

I realize that the game has pockets in it that cause the game to exceed the 4.7G standard DVD limit, and there are programs that get rid of these pockets.

I read the post rules, I have been searching for the past while on this and other sites, there are threads that are somewhat related but none of which properly answer my questions.


The method that I use to read my backed up games is the Swapmagic 3.6 boot disk using Nero or DVD decrypter, it it not as simple as writing to a DL DVD because bad things happen to the PS2.


I have also tried using DVD shrink to shrink the files but it wont work either.

Can someone please clearly explain to me and all the other people on the site the way to shrink and write the God of War 2 files to a DVD that will work with Swapmagic 3.6?

I would recommend downloading an already shrunk version of the game online via torrents, to save any extra trouble.

Than you so much, I will attempt to find a Torrent of a shrunken version of the game and write the files to a DVD
