Hi everybody I got my psp upgraded from sony firmware to custom firmware by a shop. I now have 4.01 m33-2 custom firmware.

Using Icetea I converted a psx iso which was suikoden 2. I then put the eboot file in the psp > game folder with its own folder and when I go into the psp menu and select game > memory card all that appears is corrupted data. Is it a bad rip or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks

ms0=root of memory stick
ms0>psp>game>folder with name of game>Eboot.pbp

Nah. X:/PSP/GAME/SUIKODEN2/EBOOT.pbp So am I doing it wrong? So I should make a folder called ms0/PSP/GAME/SUIKODEN2/EBOOT.PBP?

No.

ms0 is the root of you mem stick. It is the screen where the ISO folder, PSP folder, seplugin folder, etc.

psp/game/name of game/eboot.pbp

That is all that there is too it. If you see corrupted data, you either

a)used a crap program to rip the game

b)named the folder with the eboot in it too long

c)downloaded a bad version....which I will not help with.

What did you use? I know for a fact magic iso will cause that problem. If you named the folder SUIKODEN2 like you said in your post, that is fine.
