hi guys, first let me say....gr8 forum you got here. i hope to learn a whole lot.
heres my problem..
I've got a ps2 with 40gig HD in it but now it died...
so i got my hands on another ps2 (the old fat 1) and i attempted to do an organ transplant (laser). I accidently pulled the tray all the way out and now i can't get it in again. It does go a bit in but then the spinning piece comes up and stops the tray from going in properly.
How do i fix it please?

This guide should help you on how to take apart your PS2 and fix the tray.
