I have a NTSC PS2 and TV and i am trying to play a backup PAL version of Guitar Hero: Aerosmith so i put in swapmagic, swap my discs, set video to NTSC and press "X" to load but i just get a never-ending black screen, any ideas about the culprit? (It worked once and hasnt ever since).

P.S. Does it matter if you use DVD+R or DVD+RW? the DVD+RW version dosnt even get a black screen it just says " not a ps2 disc"?

I did try the y patcher thing when i found a post after i posted this, but after i patched the iso i burned it at 2.4x speed to a memorex DVD+RW and when i tried booting it says "this is not a ps2 disc". Could it possibly be the disc, i used sony DVD+R's before and had success with various other games. THX for the help though its appreciated.
