I use dvdfab to rip my movies, thing is it leaves me with 2 folders Audio_TS and Video_TS The audio file is usually empty, the Video_TS folder has .IFO .VOB .BUP files 9 to be exact. My question is, I want to know which file has the video/audio and how can I convert it to .avi or divx as I'm trying to ftp my movies to my xbox...

The audio and video are in the VOB files. The full version of DVDFab will do what you want.
There are plenty of programs that will convert to AVI:
StaxRip
AutoGK
avi.NET
Those are some of the free ones.
