Battlefront 2 NTSC not working with Cogswap

Hi all! When i try to load a Battlefront 2 backup it either does nothing or gives me the red Insert PS2 Disc screen. I've tried to boot using Resident Evil 4 and Rock Band. RE4 gives me the red screen and Rock Band just makes a loud scratching noise. I burned the ISO onto both Fujifilm and Memorex DVDs using Alcohol 120% at 4X speed. Most of the other games i burned work fine. Any help would be great!
