I have gone through Epson R300's, R340's and am now only using two R380's.
Both of the 300 series printers had issues with the print to CD/DVD caddy.
The R380 has a new design print caddy and it works absolutely fantastic and it's print quality is supreme.
I bought three while they were on sale and only paid about $90.00 for each of them.
