Alright, so I'm getting ready to buy a USB SIM Card adapter, and I've got a few old phones sitting around.

What I'm looking to do is get these phones to work under a different provider: Me! I've got a large HAM Radio antenna not that far from my house, and the owner says I can use it for anything I want. So what I'm looking to do is see if there's not some way I could set up a small coverage area specifically for a few phones (that way the kids can keep in touch and whatnot).

I'm aware I might have to modify the tower with some more high tech equipment, and honestly, I wouldn't mind doing so. I just would like to learn more about how something like this would work and what all would go into it.
