Can't play certain psx eboots that have movies. Any ideas why?

Ok I ripped an image from my psx game Final Fantasy 7 which is the PAL version When I use a emulator for the pc it plays fine but when I try it on my psp I get all the way to the main menu where I can load a game or start a new one.

I select a new game where the game should then play a movie but I just get a black screen. The same happens for Final Fantasy 9 Any ideas to fix this? Maybe I should try ripping it again
