Converting GBA Saves to gpSP format

Ok I want to know is there a way to convert a .sps save file (It's a gameshark save file) into a .sav file which is what gpSP reads. It's to get my old saved game files onto gpSP so I can play them.

If there is a way to do it, can you tell me how, give a link, etc? because I can't find any.

i think you need to put something like 0_svs at the end

Nevermind I just loaded the sps with virtual boy advance and saved which shot out a .sav
