hi there y friend just gave me ps2 v4 and I would like to mod it I have some older ps1 one games which can no longer be played (scractched to hell) I really want to play vagrant story but I have not been able to find a store that sells to the US. well I found this one but I'm not sure if its legit:

I would like to have get a matrix infinity but can't find a vendor, btw is it true that you can't use cheat devices?

or would it be better to get the swap magic coder plus?

ok I'm so confused I was just going to buy swap magic coder but decided to do more reading before I do that and discovered that swap magic does not play DL dvd even though it has a dvd loader? if this is true some please recommend a chip for ps2 v4
