Hello. I'm new here, and a complete noob. I recently (3 days ago) downloaded Rayman Revolution (I own the game but I want to play it on the PC), and with it came this 2 files:

SLUS_201.38.mdf
SLUS_201.38.mds

So, I tried to mount them (first in G (PowerISO) and then in I (MagicISO), and while that worked, it did do nothing. So I decided to try to start it up manually, and I saw the file SYSTEM.CNF. However, when I tried to start it, it did just do nothing. So I searched what to do, and found out that I needed to open it with Notepad. The problem is, this is impossible. The moment I turn read only off it just goes back on. I really don't know what to do now, I also read something about DVDdecrypter and HD something, but as I said, I'm a complete noob so I really don't know what to do now...Could someone please help me?

Thanks in advance, nlspeed2.

Since it says 'slus', I think you have an image made for a PS2, not a PC.

Well, the game is for the PS2, but I want to play it on the PC. So...Did you just misunderstand me or do you mean I can't play it? And if that is so, can you please tell me how I can play it (on the PC)?

Thanks in advance, nlspeed2.

Yeah I noticed. :P While you say it's impossible, I've found this:

http://www.metacafe.com/watch/989729/how_to_play_ps2_games_on_pc/

So it should be possible...I'm doing it now, but everytime I hit "Execute" it crashes. Same for when I hit "Run CD/DVD". How can I fix this? Someone posted it in the comments of that movie too but it wasn't answered so...

And again, thanks for all the reactions and help and everything.
