New with PSP Emulators Need Help Please

Im new to trying to run Emulators on My PSP Slim and was lookin for some help, I am atempting to run the Emulator Daedalus on my PSP slim Version 3.93 and i found a Rom i would like to use i put it in the area for roms and Transfered the Emulator (with the Rom in it) into my PSP in the GAME area. When i go to game and then Memory card and Daedalus It says PSP and then says this "The game could not be started. (80020148)" Please any help is greatly apreciated.

you need to use custom firmware.

use THIS guide. pandora's battery and magic memory stick is the ONLY way to get custom firmware on 3.51 official firmware

you don't lose anything; you gain much more by switching to custom firmware. custom firmware usually includes the latest official firmware, only if the new official firmware includes new features.

Ok Umm i tried doing everything that one guide said But i didnt understand what i was looking for on the firmware page, and My game still isnt workin.......and same message if i push the update button, thanks for your help

Hey well to play emulators and homebrew games you need a custom firmware. Right now you ave OFficial firmware which doesnt allow you to play homebrew games or emulators, You first need to install Custom firmware by using the guide that he showed you.

Have you installed the 1.50 kernel add on to your cfw m33. To play homebrew you need 1.50 kernel depending on what version of m33 you have.
