Hi there i am only new to this site and each time I try I keep getting this error message when I am using DVD shrink can someone please help me ...
The error message says

DVD shrink encountered an error and cannot continue Coopy Protection Error
The request could not be performed because of and I/O device error...

Can someone please help me and tell me what i am doing wrong !

smart ripper/dvd decrypter first then run files though shrink

ive4 never encountered this problem with shrink but like he said running it through decryptor should get you through the protection... wich dvd is it?
