hi guys hope you can help me

I just got an iphone, and have some mp4 movies that i wanted to transfer over...I dont have any problems getting the movie over, i just seem to be struggling with the artwork which seems to be the first frame of the movie....trying to add artwork the way i would for music doesnt work...does anybody know how I can add my own artwork?
