I like burnout. The cars look nice, the game has a nice sense of speed and the graphics are great for a portable game.

Wipeout series is my favourite but (dont laugh at me) i also like V8 supercars 3 which is known as TOCA outside australia.

For arcade style fun I like Sega Rally Revo, but the two Formula 1 games are top notch if you want a true racing experience. I will warn that if you aren't looking for something super technical this is NOT the game for you. With driver aids turned off there is ABSOLUTELY no margin of error.

The best street racing game for me was Midnight Club 3 : DUB edition. Old, but an incredible game that I played for hours.
For something fun and not realistic burnout dominator, and excellent game on the PSP especially if you are a fan of the burnout series ( like me :D )
Sega Rally Revo is also a good game as mentioned above, almost a drift game in my opinion as cars skid a lot but still enjoyable.

What? No one thinks Test Drive is good? I really liked it. It has a nice open map, a bit too open, a lot of good cars and fun controls. Takes a while to beat.

It's not bad, but it's a little too realistic for my liking :P
No customization and such so I don't play it that much

I used to love TDU on the PSP until a got a good PC and could play it on there at maximum settings, looks gorgeous, hope they make a sequel :)
For me, you can't beat the Burnout and WipEout series on PSP, though i do play Sega Rally and Ridge Racer too at times, been wanting to play Midnight Club 3 for a while but just haven't come across it :(
