Ok, so I finally downloaded and installed linux on my own computer and i'm happy with it. My brothers have a 2003 dell dimension computer that has .5 gigs of RAM in it. XP was quite slow on it, so I installed ubuntu 8.04 on it. Only thing I needed to download was graphics drivers and 236 software drivers...

My brothers like to play on http://www.clinet.silabsoft.org
The first time I booted up the computer after the install, I was able to go on the site fine. Then when I restarted after all the updates, I get an error message. Link to a screenshot of the image is below. I'm guessing it has something to do with the cache, but I don't know how to fix it...

Picture of what I get

If someone could help me, that would be great.

You can't fix that.. It is their problem. Looks like they are working on the site.

Even when they fix it you probably won't be able to use the application because it is an exe auto installer.. you have no such directory. Wine "may" work, but don't hold your breath...

Just wondering... why has somebody got 5 gigs of ram on an operating system that will only address a maximum of 2?
