A'ight. I just backed up my GTA: SA, because it was pretty badly scratched, and it had trouble playing. I used DVD Decrypter to make an .ISO, then I used it to burn it to a FujifilmDVD+R. Now, I boot up CogSwap in uLaunchElf (because I don't have a modchip), and I use Grand Theft Auto III as the High TOC disc. I put GTA 3 in, hit X, used my Slide Card, and then hit X again. The backup got past the CogSwap screen, and went to a black screen. And that's as far as it gets. I really dunno what I did wrong. I burned the .ISO at 4X speed. That is, after I rebuilt the .ISO using CD/DVD Gen and IML2ISO, not that it really made any difference. Could anyone help?
I already did rebuild it, twice. And I used SonyDVD+RW before I tried Fujifilm, and I had worse results. Oh, and I'm already using Free MC Boot. I burned the ISO to a new DVD using the latest Nero Express, and this time the game loaded, but ran slowly, and eventually froze. I'm gonna patch it with the ESR patcher, then try loading it using the latest ESR, as soon as I get home, 'cause I'm on my PSP now. :(
