I tried looking up on YouTube and on these forums for a fix, they all say to go into the recovery menu and turn no-umd on (did that), and to change the kernel to 1.5 (did that) but I'm still getting this error =(
Using 4.01 m33-2 btw, any help would be appreciated :D
Well yeah I already did all that, I got the game to show up on the PSP and everything, but I get the error... I'm assuming you've never heard this error? lol
Yeah, I've been using PSX2PSP to convert the ISO images to the eboot.pbp I just changed the kernal to 4.xx, from 1.50 and it still did the same error message. I have no-umd selected with the Sony driver. I have popsloader installed on the psp, one time I tried the game and it did some funky popsloader stuff, I hit x and it just went back to the error.
And I keep hearing about this GAME4XX folder or w/e but I've never actually seen this on my psp, am I supposed to create it?
I don't get it! =( I've tried everything, should I downgrade to 3.71 m33-2 or something? I looked that up and I found downgrading would be pointless so I'm kinda unsure of whats going on at this point.
Also, I'm not downloading these, I'm ripping them from my actual playstation disks to an iso, from the iso to eboot.pbp through PSX2PSP...
make sure you have keys.bin. otherwise i'm pretty sure 80020148 is an error the psp says when it just doesnt understand something. sometimes a program will work and sometimes it wont
