ISO files of both DVD9 layers, recording problem.

Hi, everyone. I downloaded archives with iso's of two "Shadow Hearts 2" game DVD layers (3,8Gb and 4.3Gb), containing files with same names, except those volume identificators SLUS 21041 and SLUS 21044. How can i burn this stuff on DVD9 or DVD5 to get the working game?
I've tried CD/DVD Generator already, but it supports only Pioneer burners, mine is Lite-on.
