HI ALL NEW PHONE CANNOT CONNECT TO PC.GO INTO PC HARDWARE DEVICE MANAGER IT SAYS MOTOROLA MODEM BUT THERE IS A YELLOW QUESTION MARK BESIDE IT.TRIED TO UPDATE DRIVER SAYS NO SOFTWARE. TRIED DOWNLOADED DRIVER TOOLS,MOTORDRIVES.STILL NOT RECOGNISED,CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO GET RID OF QUESTION MARK
