What ps2 games use CDs?

I have a swap magic 3.6 set.When I first got it, when installing one of the magic tools, it fell into the ps2.I had to open it to get it out.Ever since then, the swap magic DVD disk has never worked(but I still can play regular ps2 games and ps1 backups using breaker pro).Can I do something to fix that?

Also, what ps2 games use the CD format, or can be converted to use it? I havent seen a ps2 game below a gigabite.Can a big game like tales of abyss somehow be converted to run on 2 or more CDs?

You should check if the DVD works in a friends PS2.
Is it brand new, if so you could probably send it back for a replacement.
