Printer Sharing MAC to PC

Hi I am in a small dillema. My roomate and I bought a printer(Kodak Esp 3) The printer didnt have a connection to plug it into our router(router didnt have usb also), So we plugged it into my rommies Mac.
My question is how do make it were I could print thru the printer.Also we are on the same wireless network.

Also my cable modem has a usb, could I hook it up to that or only thru the router.

Ive turned on printer sharing for both computers, But everytime I try to add the printer from his mac, It asks me for a user/PW, and we've tried all the possible ones with no Avail.

Please any help on this will be greatly appreciated.Thanks..
