is it possible to convert game saves from M3LITE to M3REAL ?

I am switching from M3Lite to M3Real and finding out the game saves are incompatible. Anyone knows how to do this ?

The is a save converter from the M3 team here (called "M3DS Real Save File Rename Tool V1.00Beta")

But I always use this site for any save conversion.
