Hi....iv ordered some boxes from the above company,but I have now heard some rumours that if you have any faulty boxes from them...its hard to get in touch with them for replacement...anyone have their address or tel number?anyone bought from them?what's your experience?

Bought 3 delivered yesterday am ordered monday midnite.Only problem i had was wrong software that i just sorted.Factory settings delete then load 7.09 software then you are sorted ,otherwise yu cant access the emu to turn it on.

So basically ur saying they work ok,just put it the normal gtrom 7.09 software from eamos library as usual and they work fine??I assume they come blank...if that's the case,I'll give it a try,got 5 coming today....so what do you do if they have some fault in the hardware?where do you return them?

They work fine so long as you put 7.09 on them as to where to return them dont know as invoice says they came from Spain

by the way the price you will pay UPS will be cheaper than what was agreed with Cablesat, I was quoted ?248 but only paid ?232 so make sure you have spare loose cash

Cheers ,ordered mine tues morn,still haven't come..by the way did you check the boxes before you paid?
Also,if their from spain,what's their address?tel fone?it must be written in the invoice?

But they are marketing them as genuine boxes,and even have an ad on this forums main page!
Check it out,it has genuine splattered all over the pics...I'm surprised no one else has bought from them?????

True...but I was under the impression that the firmware 7.09e would only work on genuine boxes,not clones?according to the eamos library....

I would not buy from them again. Faulty box sent and no way to return it. All emails are being ignored. Don't deal with this company.Pay the extra money and get a reputable dealer.[img][/img]

i bought one last month and it's ok (touch wood).However i ordered another a week and a half ago and heard nothing,i've sent them 3 or 4 emails and no reply.perhaps their customer service dept. is on vacation,lucky it's COD.very annoying though.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered some starviews and asked about returning the faulty one and being totally ignored. Again deal with a proffessional company and keep away from this one. Bunch of Jokers!!!

I ordered some boxes from them on 4th September and haven't got them yet. I've emailed them twice and not got a reply yet. If they eventually do turn up i won't be paying for them as i've already ordered elsewhere where i can be sure they will arrive fairly quickly.

I really don't know. I've used ebay and found a seller there -eurovoxseller. Bought the boxes and they are perfect. Not clones. A little more expensive (not much) than cableandsat but a pleasure to deal with and very proffessional. They included 3 pin plug adapters with order and download lead.
