Copy Nintendo .sav file to m3 real

I juts ordered an M3 Real card and need instructions on
how to copy a DS Pokemon Pearl .sav file to it.
Any help will be appreciated.

make a folder names NDS on you memory card place Pokemon Pearl.nds in there just name it that
then take the pokemon pearl save rename it Pokemon Pearl.Sav and put it in the the NDS folder and it should work
