HELP ME WITH MY VIRUSES!!!

Hello fellow after dawners! Ive gotten some viruses and need your help.
Ive got rid of most of them which were malware but ive got these left:
Tracking Cookie
Trogan.Anserin
Trogan.Dropper
Downloader
Spyware.Ardakey
Backdoor.Netbus.svr
Backdoor.Netbus.svr
Backdoor.Trojan
Ive found these results using Norton Free scanner and need some free antivirus to remove them.

Don't rely on security software to protect you, the only way to protect yourself from viruses/spyware is to not do stupid stuff on the internet (ie. porn, p2p, click links in email etc) it is a good idea to have an AV or antispyware program to scan your system to see if you have any infections but in all honesty once this stuff is on your system it is next to impossible to remove. Some viruses and spyware have gotten so nasty lately that they attach themself to system files to when your AV or Antispyware program tries to remove them you end up with an unbootable system so my advice is.
1. Don't do dumb stuff on the internet that can get you viruses and spyware
2. Apply windows updates as soon as they are released
3. Have an antivirus stay away from norton or mcafee, i like Nod32, and AVG's Free antivirus, only use 1 though
4. Antispyware Windows Defender, Spybot, Adaware, and HJT
5. Firewall - Turn on the Windows Firewall, if you don't all ready get a router this is the best form of firewall because it is hardware and can not be turned off by viruses like software firewalls can
6. Run as a limited user day to day
7. Use 1E7 or Firefox don't use IE6 or lower
If you follow these rules you won't ever get a virus or anything.
I'm sorry to say this but the only way to be sure your system isn't compromised anymore is to format your drive and reinstall windows make sure to backup your data first.

A little bad news:
One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor Trojan.
This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and download and execute files
I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.
Though the Trojan has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. However, if you do not have the resources to reinstall your computer and would like someone to attempt to clean it, then post back here with a HijackThis Log.

Also id like to tell you that none of these show up in task manager and ive deleted all temp internet files.

Stay off the net with that computer,save any files etc you need then reformat,once formatted & before connecting to the net for updates,install any programs that you use the most (do not install any saved files from the previously infected comp just yet),next setup FIREWALLED internet connection,go direct to microsoft updates by using the windows update icon in start menu,do not leave untill your computer is fully patched (use the CUSTOM button on the website) (reboots required to get other updates),then go get antivirus & spyware apps preferably realtime scanners
free strong software
Antivirus:
Avira
AVG
Avast
Antispyware:
spywareterminator-be sure to enable HIPS (2nd tab to the right) up to you if you want to install a 2nd non realtime spy scanner but yiu will find it won't be necessary
Firewall:
Comodo-2 way,includes it's own non realtime virus scanner,has install inhibitors,any prog that attempts to install it will let you know as will spyterm
Spywareterminator will scan your system on startup of every .exe file,it will slow the boot process a small amount depending on cpu speed etc other than that it won't affect speed from finished boot
avast is also a scanner that will scan every action you or any app makes including browsing,opening folders & files,AVG & Avira won't
Lastly always scan downloaded files before opening,that goes for those saved files.

well... that's true... norton isn't worth crap... i have norton 360... i did the updates to 2.0... i even did the virus updates... twice... i did it on monday... and them i did it on tuesday... just to make sure they took... and do you know i still got a virus, so i got online... and got in with tech support for symantic... and i told the guy what happened, well... he transfers me to the virus removal specialists... and i tell him what happened... well... he told me i had to pay to get the viruses off my computer... i said no... i'm not paying you anything... i bought your software... i installed all the updates... and i still got a da@# virus... so i'm not paying you s@#$... your software should've prevented this crap from from even getting on my computer... period, then i so... the bottom line is this... i bought your software for $60... i did all the updates i was suppose to do... and still got the da@# viruses... and now... you want me to pay you... to get this sh#$... off my computer... when your so called software... was suppose to stop this sh@# from happening in the first place... oh i was pissed.

Norton can't be held responsible for user stupidity,i've had norton for more than two years before i decided i'd go free antivirus it worked fine,the only time i got infection was thru my own stupid fault never from any other antivirus software either,the ony issue i'd have with norton is that on occasions it would break & need reinstalling
