More likely it will be the end of virgin.. it's still illegal in the UK to spy on people on behalf of a commercial interest.. torrents do not threaten state security so that .. the only excuse for it goes right out of the window..

We know how to take most isp's dns servers offline easily.. the wrong letter to the wrong person and woosh.. bye bye uk isp's

I'm going to buy a newsgroup pedo account and join the criminals. £17 a month for all the "hobby" you could ever want XD
