Help ripping s/wars Phantom menace - has RCE error

ok, this one is doing my head-in. i used dvddecrypter to rip all files to the hard drive then ifoedited and split to 2 dvd's
ifoedited the lot again, which did detect a region 1 setting in the video_ts.ifo, i saved the file after it was removed.Also checked all other ifo's for RPC which were "cleaned" of any RCE's. Did same for both disks, but im still getting that damn message that the "disk is not formatted to play in this region" even though im running it through Powerdvd xp and using a pioneer ao4 (region free) dvd writer.
Why is this ??? Any other disks I have done Have had no RCE errors at all.

someone pleez explain.
