Eazy VCD 1.5a not making the cue file?

Hello,
I downloaded Eazy VCd 1.5a last week and had no problems converting a dvd to xvcd.

I tried coverting the same dvd to svcd and the first disc (in a set of 3) worked find. However the second disc did not make the .cue file (and I tried doing it twice). I followed the directions and did the exact same thing that I did for disc 1 but it just won't make the .cue file.

I started the eazy vcd, selected the svcd option, with encoding quality set at highest, (the video bitrate is 2520 and audio bitrate is 224), I left the file split option at "no split (1 file output), output type is Make BIN/CUE Image but it just did not make the CUE file. I do have the celltimes.txt, riped 1.evt and the MPEG file but that is it. There is not .bin or .cue file this time.

Any ideas what the problem is?
