Backed up Transformers from a HD-DVD disc to a blu-ray format DVD+R DL disc to play on a blu-ray player, it'll only output to 4:3 mode with the black bars on the side and the video squeezed to fit. I also backed up Meet the Robinsons and the size came out small so i put it on a regular DVD+R, and it plays fine at 16:9. Even MKV files downloaded that fit on a 4.7GB disc after converting to Blu-Ray format plays fine at 16:9, just anything backed up a Dual layer disc won't play correctly. Is there a setting i need to check?

Tools used to make Blu-Ray disc are TsMuxer or RibBot264, changed profile to 4.1 to play correctly to each backup.

My player is currently the LG BH200. Can't update to the latest firmware because LG disabled AVCHD support.
