1. For a not-so-professional verification, simply upload your software to http://www.virustotal.com/ to scan your software with a whole lot of scanners, and the results will always stay there. You can always prove that the md5 of your file is identical to the md5 stored in the Virustotal databases.
2. Contact antivirus and antispyware companies. Email them directly, because I know of no mediator between anyone seeking to get malware-free verification and antimalware companies.
