Lines with no text in Add/Remove......

Hi,

The first two lines in my Add/Remove have no text. I can click to remove them but as soon as i close the add/remove and open it again, they are back.

Does anyone know how to delete these out of there so they wont return when i re-open add/remove??

I have a picture of it as i did a 'printscreen' but i dont know how to post it on here.
