I used Pandora and now have it set to 3.71 M33-2 and I don't wanna mess
up. THIS IS A TA-082 MB system also, so I don't wanna mess up.
What do I do from here? Do I need to upgrade/downgrade and also files?

If your PSP is on 3.71 M33 then it is on CFW / Homebrew.

You can update your PSP easily from here and have the backup of the recovery mode so yes it is quite safe as long as you dont play around with the NAND or Flash files

Don't I have to use a 1.50 Add on?
And this is a TA-082 mother board we are talking about.

well if its a fat which TA-082 is then you will need the kernel add on to play homebrew

but TA-082 doest mean squat now it was only a problem when 2.80 was around now we have 4.00+ i dont think TA-082 will still be a problem also the new mob that is the problem is the TA-088 as it prevents pandoras to be exacuted at the moment.

and as long as you follow all the guide installing the addon you will not brick it and if you do you have pandoras to recover it so i dosnt even matter.

you worry to much its fine next to nothing bricks your psp now

You don't need the 1.50 ADD ON really now days. Most homebrew has been ported to work with 3.XX and above custom firmware.

Just download Homebrew that is 3.XX kernel supported and above.

I would update to 4.01 M33-2 since it has all the latest additions that official firmware has and most all applications work on it.

Is there a file to update to 4.01 M33-2?
Or is it also in the Pandora + Magic Stick Guide?

After hours and hours of reading...I figured out how to do so.
I upgraded to 4.01 M33-2 and added on 1.50 Kernel to 4.01.

I had to go to Recovery on PSP.(Hold R trigger and turn on PSP) and have it run from kernel.(this part got me lost).

It works like a charm now.
I'm done with this thread.
Its been completed. =]
Newbie is learning....=]~
