I have just bought a peak dvb-t pci card 221544agpk but when I install it I get a yellow circle and an exclamation mark in device manager error code 28 drivers not installed I updated drivers no difference, try to install using disc that came with card I get an i/o error drivers could not install error can somone please help?

Sounds like the card is bad. If the drivers aren't installing that came with the card, you got a problem. Try putting into another PCI slot and see what that does. Or maybe try taking the drivers off the disk and installing them manually. Your driver could also be bad, so check the manufacturers website for any other drivers.

I'd also post this in another section of the forum, like PC hardware.

moved to correct forum as not a feedback & suggestions issue.
uninstall the card from device manager & restart windows so it can find new hardware & load drivers.
