M3 Real screen issue.

Hi.

Here's the situation; I have a M3 DS Real, I have the GBA expansion pack, I have both a legal cart and a backup rom, and I can run both perfectly.

I have the DS set to run GBA carts on the lower screen and it does this perfectly. However, the rom (run through M3) will play on the upper screen, regardless of what the DS is set to.

To clarify, changing the setting through the DS's native menu has no effect, and I can't find any way to change it through the M3's menu.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Does anyone know how I can set my M3 to play GBA games on the lower screen? Google has been absolutely no help, by the way.
