I have recently gotten a Rogers Motorola Razr V3 and when trying to put my fido sim, it ask for a subsidy code. How do i get my subsidy code?

what does 4 time 0 mean.

i went to my service provider and there going to charge me 35 dollars do give me my subsidy code.
