Can somebody please help, I have both a Starview and Eurovox at home and I am unable to get 394.250 on either box. I have deleted channels and rescanned but to no avail, does anybody know of a way around this.

Please excuse: if anyone has put a fix already, its just that I have tried any fix I have found but maybe I am just missing something small.

You need to use a booster, are you around Clondalkin/Ballyfermot or surrounding areas? BTW the exact frequency is 394.000.

Are you on MMDS or cable? On the Eurovox, press menu, installation user installation and tell me how many TPs, (frequencies) you can see in there. Go onto 394.000 and tell me what signal/quality you get?

Thanks sc0user - I am on cable - I am in work at the moment, as far as I can remember I see 12 frequencies and 394.250 is not one of them.
I then add it in and then update the channels and I get zero - but then I suspect that because when I add the above frequency the bar is red and only goes as far as 20%

I have just downloaded the CDF for N** Dublin from Eamos website, but what I have just done is take the boxes to a friends house, deleted all channels and rescanned.
In both cases all the channels were present and I was able to watch Chelsea TV which is on 394.250, but when I got home and reconnected I cannot see any of the channels on 394.250 on either of the boxes. Isnt what I did the same as applying the CDF from Eamos website?

That TP is weak in some areas try an external booster and connect it to the direct feed and then connect EV from that.

Sc0user thanks for your help. I am a bit confused - I got a lend of an mains signal booster but it had no effect - I did this before I rescanned at my friends house - would that make a difference. Can you please explain what EV means.

Just to let you know 394.250 on both the Starview and Eurovox boxes is OK I can get all channels on it. There must have been a problem locally with that frequency - again thanks very much.
