R4card problem, of which I seem to be the only one.

So. Yesterday I got my R4 DScard with a 2 gig memorycard. I did not get a CD with the files _DS_MENU.dat or whatever.
So when I open the game, with the memorycard in it, it says "Couldn't find _DS_MENU.DAT_".
When I open the card in the USBstick, there is no systemmap, nor a file like that.

Also, how do I put games in there? Whole zipfile or only .nds?
