Hey whats a good program the I can use to convert .rar audio files to .mp3 files.

rar files is not an audio format, therefore no "conversion" is done.
rar is just a compression type and can be used to compress
all kinds of files. Use 7-zip to extract the files inside - then see
what needs to be done.
