I downloaded jade cocoon, came as 1 .bin file & 1 .cue file. I'm trying to create the eboot.pbp file, but am I supposed to use the .cue file too? I'm using impalerPSX for converting right now, but can it use the filetype or should I be usng another.

I hope by "Downloaded" you meant "Converted yourself legally from the game disc".

I don't know about impaler, but in every other popstation GUI that I have used, you don't need to worry about the .cue file--it's only use is for loading the .bin file up if you want to burn it to a disc.

Just convert the .bin file and I'm sure you'll be fine.
