Playing ISO movie file & seing subtitles

Hi,
I have on my hard disc several ISO (movie) files. I can play each of them with VLC Media Player, however I don't see the subtitles. Is there a way to play such a file and seeing subtitles ?

Well I clicked Video "Subtitle Track", but only after reading your response and it's OK.
