I was just looking at a motherboard and it has 3 pci-e x 16 slots. But it says 1 pci-e x16 is just that. Then it point to another one and says pci-e x16 (electrical x4 or x1). Then the other it says pci-e x16( electrical x1). What does all that mean are they still just regular pci-e x16 slot and if i crossfire will it slow down or something.

I was also looking at the x48 which i liked but it dosent support a FSB of 1066 which my cpu (Q6600) has which im pretty sure means they cant go together.

Also so this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131244R dont know how you guys feel about ASUS.

If anyone can recommend another motherboard that supports 1066/1333Mhz fsb plz post it. With 2 pci-e x 16 slots that be great thx.

The WS series boards are server boards, not for gaming use.
get this board instead:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128336
Supports every SKT775 intel chip under the sun, has two full bandwidth PCIe 16x slots for crossfire, is a good overclocker and an overall excellent board.

the fsb on this board is 1600/1333Mhz and my intel Q6600 is 1066Mhz so im assuming th motherboard will just go down to 1066MHz right?

The FSB on that board will adjust to whatever CPU you put in it, from 800 to 1600, including 1066.
